Wright International Ltd is able to design a 3 night’s cruise for you and your friends to suit your own requirements. Perhaps you have a favourite location, landmark or attraction in mind. However, as guide one of the most popular tours we have on offer will blow your mind away…..

Why not board this boat at around 2pm on a Saturday near Dunoon and start your time onboard off with a drinks reception. Relax and take a tour onboard, meet the other guests and crew before sailing out of the Holy Loch and up Loch Long to Arrochar. Once you have taken in the stunning views of this remote village, you head back down Loch Long and anchor overnight off Carrick Castle at the foot of Loch Goil. You will then enjoy a spectacular evening meal and get time to mix with those onboard.
When you wake up the next morning, breakfast will either be served at anchor or under way as you head up Loch Goil to take in the picturesque Lochgoilhead. Even if you have seen this area a million times as you drove through it, the view from the water is completely different. After a short cruise round the bay, you sail back down the loch to the Isle of Bute and go ashore in the main town of Rothesay. This is a beautiful coastal town that feels like a step back in time with award winning gardens, buildings and architecture. Once everyone is back onboard you sail up East Kyle to Loch Riddon via “the narrows” at Burnt Island. With our cruises, you have the freedom to be as active or as relaxed as you like, but we strongly recommend an evening stroll on the banks of the remote Loch Ridden. You can also help the crew at night set the creels to catch lobster and crab, or try your hand at fishing.
In the morning of day 3, why not start the day off by exploring Caladh Harbour, one of Scotland’s most picturesque harbours before cruising “round the Kyles” to Tighnabruich for a bite to eat and mingle with the locals. After lunch you sail on to East Loch Tarbert, one of Scotland’s most famous fishing villages with very bright and colourful buildings. Feel free to explore this village as your crew barter with the fishing fleet for the fresh catch of the day. A short cruise on to Stonefield Castle before setting anchor for the night and taking time out to reflect on your trip so far.
On the morning of day 4, the crew will sail up Loch Fyne passed Minard Castle to Inveraray. There is lots to see and do here including visit a classic sailing ship museum, souvenir shops and of course the world famous Inveraray Jail. So far we have a good track record for getting most of our guests out on bail, but there the odd few that gets left behind! After lunch we then arrange transportation from Inveraray back to Dunoon to end a weekend cruise you will never forget.
We understand, you have fallen in love with the boat and Scotland that you don’t want to get off. Here is a simple solution…STAY ONBOARD. Rather than disembarking at Inverary, why not stay onboard over night then continue cruising the next morning.
When you wake up, you will sail all the way down Loch Fyne to the Isle of Arran. How about a stop off at Arran Distillery for a few malts before sailing on to Lamlash and anchoring off for the night? You can then cruise either Lamlash or the Holy Island.

On day six, you set sail round the Holy Island before stopping off in Brodick Bay for breakfast. The boats tender will take you into Brodick and let you explore the town before you sail on to the Isle of Cumbrae. The main town here is a quaint village called Millport. Most people choose to hire bikes and cycle round the island. Relax, there are no hills and plenty of time…or why not get a tandem and make your partner do the work! Your last night onboard is at anchor at East Kyle, just off Colintraive. We highly recommend a local restaurant in the town as the food in there is unbelievable. Mix this with a great atmosphere, wide range of wines and spirits and you are in for a great time for sure.
In the morning you have breakfast onboard as you make your way back to Dunoon where you will disembark. Then again, you could always stay onboard and do it all over again if you want?
