Cutter Suction Dredger

Wright International Ltd is pleased to be able to offer NEW build fully road transportable cutter suctions dredgers designed to have up to 1000 cubes per hour dredging rate. With the spoil being discharged up to 2km away from the unit, this makes an ideal workhorse for rivers and estuaries as well as for inland waterways that require to be kept navigable. Built in the United Kingdom these units can be shipped anywhere in the world and as part of the deal the Manufacturer will organise training as they are used on site irrespective of where that may be. This dredger is able to achieve the following un-boosted discharge ranges:=

• With an 8 inch cutter suction head, the dredger can discharge at an unboosted range of 1.5km
• With a 10 inch cutter suction head, the dredger can discharge at an unboosted range of 1.5km
• With a 12 inch cutter suction head, the dredger can discharge at an unboosted range of 2km

CUTTER LADDER – DREDGING DEPTHS

• With an 8 inch cutter suction head, this dredger can dredge from a minimum of 1.3m to a maximum of 12m
• With a 10 inch cutter suction head, this dredger can dredge from a minimum of 1.3m to a maximum of 12m
• With a 12 inch cutter suction head, this dredger can dredge from a minimum of 1.3m to a maximum of 14m

However, please note that dredging depths can be customised to meet your requirements. This dredger has approximately 29kw of power at the cutter head and depending on the dredge material, can dredge at a rate of 1000m3 per hour.

APPLICATIONS

This dredger in its standard form can cut and deliver: Mud, Silt, Sand, Clay, Gravel and stones up to 4" in dia (it will in fact suck and deliver a house brick but we put guards on the suction mouth to prevent this) A different type of cutter head would be required (with teeth) to cut harder stone which can be provided.
