COCKPIT: The large central cockpit has been designed to provide a safe environment to sail short handed. It has a well designed sprayhood and bimini which provides a comfortable well sheltered helm position. With the wheel steering, engine controls, winches and instrumentation all ergonomically designed to provide an environment normally reserved for much larger vessels.
DECKS: It is important if a ketch like this is designed for short handling to have the decks free and access to the sails uncluttered. This vessel has taken care of this admirably with a raised poop deck providing a clear area for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Ventilation is provided by the Dorade ventilators both fore and aft. Forward there is deck mounted Lofrans winch and access to the chain locker which houses over 90 meters of 5/16 chain and kedge anchor.
INTERIOR: The interior of this superb vessel is bright, clean and designed with taste without compromise. The large comfortable “U” shaped dining area of the saloon allows for entertaining guests or just relaxing in the sumptuous upholstery. With lockers, bookshelves and storage arranged to maximise the space without encroaching on the living area. A pilot and settee berth is to be found to port. Forward of the saloon is a passageway containing two wardrobes portside and access to the heads starboard. The forecabin with its full headroom is again tastefully fitted out with two berth accommodation and all the necessary lockers and storage required. Aft there is a further two berths (single berths) in an attractive ensuite cabin which has its own shower, heads and vanity unit. The aft facing windows provide the light and style that is reflected throughout this vessel. The settee and desk finish off this cabin.
