Liveaboard Conversion

WRIGHT INTERNATIONAL LTD is able to bring this potential liveaboard to the market direct from owner. She has a very good hull showing around 10mm thick overall. This bunker barge has been used as a liveaboard and has had a refurbishment in 2004 as a two bedroom flat. The potential is in this vessel to be re-registered as a bunker barge or for further development as a full time liveaboard. At the moment this vessel is a dumb barge but everything is there to be get her back running to her former glory with a little tender loving care. If you would like to own something that little bit different that is going to become a very valuable asset, as the population are forced to live on boats due to the uncaring politicians of this world, then this would be an ideal vessel for you. Have a look at the specifications, have a look at the photographs and then give either Robert or Greig a call and let us arrange a viewing for you. If you look at what is available you will see that this vessel is a solid investment, so we would advise you to act fast.

Accomodation

She was refurbished in 2004 and is currently let out as a 2 bedroom flat. The owner installed NEW central heating, 240v AC electrics, kitchen and LPG bottles for HW, heating and cooking. Imaine living on something with character and something that you can over a period of time develop into what you would like to have whilst living on her as she is. This is a perfect size of vessel not too big and not too small for the family to enjoy life at sea.

Wheelhouse has been stripped out and would need refitting if requiring to re-commission her as a coastal ship.
