This vessel has been designed to use twin Cummins QSK60-M engines each producing 2200 BHP@ 1800 rpm. The twin German Reinties WAF 773 Gear Boxes have a 6.44: 1 reduction. The power is transmitted down the shafts to conventional propellers.

2 x PERKINS PDM-145 Gensets each produce 116kw / 400V 50 Hz / 3 Phase

BOW THRUSTER
This vessel has one 470BHP Cummins KTA19-M diesel bow thruster with a 3 Tonne specification.
