Engines

This ship has proved to be very reliable, economic with excellent manoeuvrability. This manoeuvrability is mainly thanks not to only the powerful engine onboard with CPP, but also having a bow thruster installed as well. This means that the ship can navigate through channels and harbours without the assistance of any tugs. This greatly reduces running costs and makes this ship ideal for chasing contracts with.

Construction

This ship was launched in Holland in 1982. This ship can now carry 36TEU containers under the deck and 20TEU containers on the deck itself. Onboard there is 1 box hold 70.141 cubic feet for grain or bale. This area has a steel floor and is double skinned.

The tank top onboard is rated to 10t/m2 and is suitable for grain at 45 cubic feet / ton.

The hatch covers are folding hydraulic covers and measure 37.2m x 7.8m. The crane onboard is located midships and has 360 degree operation ability.
