This 100 Tonne Landing Craft is powered by the favoured 270BHP Twin Dorman engines. The power is transmitted down through the shafts to 3 blade vary pitch props in Kort Nozzles. This give maximum power with minimum fuel consumption.

When the military construct these vessels they are designed to carry ChieftanTanks and as a result the Bow Door is strengthened and the deck is strengthened to Carry these powerful but very heavy vehicles. This makes these landing extremely useful in civilian use as they can carry practically anything that is required to be carried. The clear deck space is approx 18m x 5.4m and has a 100 Ton load capacity for Cat 2 classification. The Bow door is 5.2m wide and is strengthened to 40 Ton load.
There are watertight compartments throughout the ship and there are Scuppers to let any sea water escape without jeopardising the ship.

There is accommodation on board for 6 of a crew. This accommodation is in bunks and is more commercial than luxurious. There is a separate heads compartment and it is has a straight discharge to sea. In the heads compartment there is also a shower with hot & cold running water.
These vessels are designed to be used in any weather and as a result there is a heating system throughout the entire ship.
There is also a sink and a galley for cooking with stove and hot & cold running water.
There is full standing headroom throughout the ship, including the wheelhouse. Access to the heads, galley etc, is integral to the ship and does not involve the crew having to leave the wheelhouse whilst at sea.
The deck equipment is in excellent condition and is fully up to standard for her Cat 2 status.
There is an 8m crane and a 5 ton winch & capstan.
Deck bilge pumps are there on the deck as well.
