Wright International Ltd is a company that treats every customer, buyer and seller with a long term approach. As a result, this is now the third boat we are selling for this owner having sold his last yacht in only 1 week. When you look at the photographs and specification, there is a strong chance we will sell this yacht fast too.
The boat was imported to the UK from America by the current owner and is now for sale with a difference. The price of only £39,000 includes VAT, has a CE certificate and just passed the BSS certificate. This makes the boat one of the safest boats you could ever find for under £40,000.
Structurally and mechanically this boat is ready to go and with the purr of the twin V8’s you will want to keep the engines running day and night. However, the cosmetics side of the boat could do with some attention and upgrades. The boat is being lived on permanently so everything is functional, just not the most modern of furnishings hence the very low asking price.
We are now asking only £39,000 VAT Paid for a boat that offers 6 berths, 2 heads, full entertainment system including flat screen TV and just recently passed a very thorough survey. We strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a liveaboard or a luxury family cruiser to get in touch before it is too late.

As this boat has spent most of its life in America, the owner and previous owner has enjoyed cruising with twin 270hp V8 Crusader petrol engines. These engines have proved to be very reliable and can return speeds of around 22 knots. However, now that the boat is cruising in waters where petrol is no longer throw-away money, the owner plans to change these engines in due course for diesel inboards.
These engines are currently coupled to Borg Warner reduction gearboxes and drive a conventional prop shaft.
Wright International Ltd can help arrange for diesel engines to be installed if this is an issue for you. We work with a number of yards locally that would be delighted to help.

It doesn’t matter if you’re looking at American cars, boats, bikes….practically anything that is American is always built like it was bomb proof. The hull, deck and superstructure are all solid and not once do you feel the deck give way when you walk from bow to stern. The owner recently got a survey carried out after shipping the boat across the pond and we are delighted to say there are no signs of osmosis or any structural problems at all.
The only problems highlighted in the survey were all problems with the cosmetics such as furnishings and upholstery and very minor defects that are all being taken care of by the owner.
The owner is enjoying living onboard and working through any work required. Whilst we admit the boat could benefit from some TLC, it is also important to stress the owner lives onboard full time and we can arrange a sea trial any time you wish. This boat is still very much fully operational and in ready to go condition.

The owner of this yacht purchased the boat in America as he was looking for a larger liveaboard but wanted a boat that was still very much a capable cruiser. You will find many cruisers and many liveaboards on the market, but finding a boat that offers both is very difficult and rare.
This particular example offers 2 berths forward, a double convertible lower saloon, and a double full width aft stateroom.
As you make your way from bow to stern, you will find a double cabin forward. This cabin offers a “V” berth with an infill and offers great lighting and storage. This cabin offers 4 lockers and 3 drawers as well as 2 full length shelves making this ideal for staying onboard for extended cruising. The owner currently uses this cabin as a guest cabin with guests staying with him on a regular basis.
As you head aft, you will find a double convertible lower saloon that the owner has impressively turned into an office. This includes setting up a laptop with internet access, printer, scanner, PDA. This equipment is not included in the sale, but the owner is willing to discuss how to set this up if this is of interest to you.
Opposite this area, you will find the forward heads compartment. This offers a toilet and wash hand basin. At present there is no shower, however this compartment is self draining and installing a shower would be very easy to arrange.
Again, heading aft you will find the galley. Preparing meals at the best of time can be hard going and the last thing you want is to feel claustrophobic. That isn’t the case onboard this yacht. The headroom in the galley is approximately 12ft and being right under the front windscreen, there is plenty of natural light. The galley also offers a full sized fridge and freezer as well as plenty of storage with no fewer than 4 cabinets and 4 cupboards close to hand.
As you take 2 steps up to the main saloon, this is when you realise your on a liveaboard. The saloon is massive and surrounded with windows making this an extremely bright and airy area onboard. The owner of this boat enjoys relaxing in the evening and watching a good movie. It is with this in mind he installed a VCR, DVD Player and a large flat screen TV. Living onboard is like living in a detached house. Feel free to turn up the volume, dim the lights and relax in your own cinema!
Last, but by no means least, is the owner’s stateroom aft. This cabin is the full width of the boat and has a built in en-suite facilities. With a full size double berth, practically surrounded with cupboards and drawers, you could be forgiven for thinking you were in someone’s bedroom rather than a cabin. With windows running the full length and width of the boat and an opening hatch above, this cabin is bright and airy and never claustrophobic.
This boat has been designed as a liveaboard from day 1, even across the pond. As a result of this the boat has been fitted with 2 holding tanks and a macerator.
The owner is currently working on upgrading the navigation equipment but at present there are all the basics to allow you to go cruising today!! This includes compass, VHF, GPS etc
Unlike most American yachts, this boat has a helm both in the saloon and the flybridge. The lower helm even has full engine instrumentation. There is plenty of room to make either helm your preferred choice as the main helm.
The owner of this boat takes safety onboard very serious, as a result of this you will find fire extinguishers, life jackets, bilge pumps basically anything and everything you could ever wish for in terms of safety equipment is either installed or will be soon.
