Engines

This 14m Multi Cat is powered by twin Gardner 6LXB engines producing a total of 224kw or almost 300hp. This gives great power for going through tides and currents especially under load. However, being a Gardner engine this engine burns very little in the way of fuel consumption.

There is also very little maintenance with a Gardner engine and almost any engineer can maintain these engines without having to plug in a laptop!
