Wright International Ltd has a high level of appreciation for a Halmatic designed and built boat. Halmatic have spent a great deal of time and money designing a hull that was strong, sea worthy, fast and fuel efficient. They have since used that design for pilot vessels, police patrol vessels and perhaps less commonly known, motor yachts as well. This 1985 Halmatic Talisman 50 is perhaps the most sea worthy and stable semi-displacement motor yacht in the world. With a possible 6 berths in 3 cabins plus saloon, twin 355hp V8 Caterpillar diesels, flybridge and full electronics package, this is a very comfortable and capable offshore cruiser.

Engines

If you want to venture further offshore, cruise through strong tides and currents, you need an engine you can trust and rely on. This yacht is powered by twin Caterpillar V8 diesels producing a total output in excess of 700hp!!

These engines have less than 850 hours on the clock and let you reach speeds close on 20 knots. If you are after a long distance passage maker, sit back at 9 knots and enjoy the ride, if you are after a high speed cruise, then why not power your way up on the plane and have fun! However, this boat is just as comfortable at 18 knots as it is at 9 knots.

With over 600 gallons of diesel in 4 tanks onboard, you have plenty of fuel to allow you to reach all your favourite hot spots without having to pull in every 2 seconds for more fuel.

Accomodation

As this yacht was designed for serious passage making, it is only right that you and your guests have plenty of space and comfort onboard. You not only have a double and twin cabin down below, but you also have a convertible lower saloon that acts as a 3rd cabin plus the saloon if required.

There is loads of storage for all your personal belongings and clothes etc. There are also 2 heads compartments with not only a large shower onboard, but a bidet aswell.

You can also relax about preparing any meals onboard, with this galley, you could easily prepare a meal fit for a king.

Decking Equipment

This is the perfect boat for entertaining guests both at anchor and at sea. As an example, the aft cockpit has a canopy cover that allows you to entertain 10 guests in the aft cockpit alone!! By the time you take in the front deck, flybridge, saloon and cabins down below, you can double this number easy!

There are also 2 air conditioning units onboard as well as a 12kva generator to provide you with plenty of power to help make you and your guests as comfortable as possible when onboard.
