New 32ft Landing Craft

Wright International Ltd is delighted to have on offer a very unique but in much demand new workboat. We are now working with one of America’s most sought after workboat manufacturers to offer a new build 32ft aluminium landing craft. These boats are highly manoeuvrable, lightweight and offer great stability and speed. You have a cargo deck area approximately 13ft in length and up to 7ft 10 inches in width, with a 5ft 6 inch wide ramp. The ramp also gives great access to divers and the ramp door can be modified to incorporate a boarding ladder if required.

Engines

This landing craft is powered by twin outboards. The manufacturers recommend this option as it provides shallow draft, less weight and is also the easiest to maintain or worse case scenario, replace in future years.

We can provide you with a number of different outboard options, including both 2 stroke and 4 stroke to choose from.

Construction

This landing craft is constructed of aluminium and due to the hull design, gives great performance and economy. The chambered hull design allows you to handle rough weather and strong tides with comfort and ease. As the boat is made of aluminium, it is practically maintenance free and will help you win contracts for many seasons to come.

The wheelhouse onboard is normally configured to offer a heads, small galley and a saloon area as well as the helm. This is due to the boat often being used as a safety standby boat with the crew having to spend many hours at a time onboard.

There is also a small aft cockpit, approximately 5ft 6 inches by 7ft 8 inches aft of the wheelhouse. This allows you to work, dive, and fish or even to smoke without disturbing those in the wheelhouse or at the bow.
