Construction

This boat was designed to be a fantastic sea boat from day one. This strength comes from the solid oak frames with 2” larch planking. Over the past 6 years the boat has been converted and this conversion is almost complete.

Over the past 6 years, the decks, bulwarks, stanchions, gunwale caps aft deck coach rood and a skylight have all been replaced. Accomodation

The accommodation onboard is nearing completion from the 6 year conversion. A running survey of works has valued this boat at £250,000 when complete and when you see the photographs and details of the interior, you can understand why.

The interior has been stripped and rebuilt with Sapele and Ash panelling with all furniture including the spiral staircase being custom made in solid mahogany. The owners of this boat have tried to make the boat as much like a super yacht in the interior as they practically could. This includes not only the spiral staircase but the master suite offering a 4 poster bed as an example as well.

The galley onboard was designed for full liveaboard use an as such you have a full array of appliances including a gas hob, full size oven, microwave, fridge etc. The power for these appliances is either through 240v shore power or from the 20kw Onan generator onboard.

At present the accommodation has been laid out as the master suite forward with full en-suite facilities. There are 2 doubles and a single cabin in the aft of the boat as well as 3 “L” shaped settees that could be converted to double berths if required.
