Wright International Ltd as a company has the honour and privilege of working with a wide range of boats all over the world. We have customers ask us almost every day the same question, “If we could pick just one boat from our brokerage list, what boat would we pick?” To be honest, this boat would be high on my list. 51ft LOA, twin Cummins 370hp Turbos, an interior finish on par with a super yacht and all for less than $300k. This is a boat dreams are made of! Snow, hail, wind or shine, this is a yacht that will cruise through it all and still have you loving every minute of it.

The owners have lived onboard since 2005 and as such, the yacht has been lovingly maintained on a DAILY basis. Every possible appliance you could ever require is onboard and ready to go. This stunning yacht is available today, but with this spec and finish for less than $300k, I cant guarantee it will be available tomorrow.

Engines

This yacht is powered by twin Cummins 360hp turbo diesel engines. These engines allow you to cruise all day at 12.5 knots or a maximum speed of 18 knots. These engines have less than 400 hours on the clock and are in turn key condition.

With a possible 1100 US Gallons of fuel, 200 US Gallons of water and 45 US Gallons of waste, this yacht is ready to cruise all day and night chasing new dreams and new horizons.

Onboard you will also find an 8kw Northern Lights generator housed within a sound shield casing. This generator allows you to have plenty of power when at anchor and has only 215 hours logged to date.

The owner of this boat has installed a number of additional safety apparatus as they are firm believers that safety is paramount. This includes all the usual equipment you can name, flares, fire extinguishers, bilge pumps etc but a lot more than that. The owners have installed a Glen Denning fire suppression system in the engine room with controls at both the lower and flybridge helm.

Accomodation

This yacht was custom made to the owners design and specification in 2001. The owners have since then enjoyed cruising onboard and have lived permanently onboard since 2005. The owner is now selling this yacht with plans to purchase or build a larger yacht but with a similar design.

The walk around deck gives not only great access, but also acts as a great safety feature for young family guests or pets. The saloon, galley and helm were designed to be together in an open plan area to allow everyone onboard to relax together, especially on long passages etc. This has worked well and makes great use of the light and space.

The galley was designed to allow you to prepare all your favourite meals as the yacht has always been aimed at extended cruising or liveaboard use. The galley offers a breakfast bar that also doubles up as a great work area for perhaps a laptop or small office setup.

The galley is finished with:-

• Black Granite Countertops
• Electric Oven
• Microwave Oven
• Deep Stainless Steel Sink
• Galley Faucet With Sprayer
• Refrigerator/Ice Maker On Fly Bridge
• Exhaust Vent Fan
• Sanyo Refrigerator / Freezer

The forward cabin is more like a forward stateroom. The bed is a full queen size berth with full en-suite facilities. I am willing to bet the en-suite facilities are far more luxurious than the services provided in your local marina. This cabin not only offers storage in overhead compartments and the full height wardrobe etc, but with large storage under the bed as well.

Located amidships is the guest stateroom. This cabin is finished to an exceptionally high standard and offers a large lower berth or can be converted to a double if required.

The saloon is located behind the saloon and houses an impressive entertainment system. This again was designed based on the idea the owners would be living onboard full time. The saloon also leads out to the open aft deck where you will find plenty of space to relax, stairs to the flybridge and in true American style, the BBQ on the aft rail.
