Wright International Ltd are firm believers in the theory that the most desirable and sellable commercial vessels are those that are multi purpose. This 42m Guard Ship is one of the most functional and operational ships we have for sale today. It has the seaworthiness and stability to perform Guard duties, the deck space to act as a cargo ship and the overall ability to operate in the dive and construction industry. The ship benefited from a 6 digit refurbishment in May 2007 including rebuilding the engine, installing air conditioning and upgrading electronics. This is a very economical and exceptional seaworthy ship that is available today for only 850,000.

This 42m Guard Ship was originally built in 1982 at the Metz Shipyard in Urk, Holland. The ship was then lengthened in 1984 and rebuilt in August 2006 and has as you can see from the spec, benefited from much work been carried out in 2007.
The reason this has happened is that money has never been spared on this boat. The boat must be fully operational and reliable at all times. The owners have been working on the basis that if something is broke, it gets replaced not repaired. As such, you have a ship for sale that is arguably better than new.
The deck is now large enough and strong enough to carry a 40ft container which is ideal for dive and construction operations. The addition of a Pathfinder hydraulic deck crane capable of lifting 3 tons @ 2m or 1 ton @ 6m allows you to load and unload cargo anywhere in the world.
The ship also has the advantage of having a safe manning certificate of only 5 crew. This will allow you to keep all running costs at a minimum and hopefully allow you to undercut your competitors and win more contracts.

For entertaining your crew, you have a flat screen TV with Sea-Tel Auto-Track Worldwide Satellite TV and a DVD player. There is of course a full galley onboard with full laundry facilities including 3 washing machines and a dryer.
