OFFICES
An integral part of these vessels is the ability to work on the projects in the comfort of an office that is fully equipped for the purpose. That is why this vessel has FOUR Offices and all fully equipped. For larger meetings there is also a dedicated Conference room.

MESS ROOM
In keeping with most Naval Vessels there is a Mess Room for the Officers and a separate one for the rest of the personnel on board.

HOSPITAL
As these accommodation barges can be situated a long way from shore it is essential to have a HOSPITAL Unit built in. As this vessel has up to 300 persons on board at any one time the Hospital has been designed to cater fro the emergencies that can arise and has four beds for patients to recover well enough to be sent back to shore.

GALLEY
When you have 300 persons to cater for it hardly the correct terminology to call it a galley but there is full cooking facilities on board to feed all 300 persons and that means the storage of foods in Freezers and Fridges as well as the cookers, ovens etc. There is also a Laundry room again designed with the recognition that 300 persons are going to be looking to do their Laundry. This vessel is more like a mini City than a liveaboard vessel. It has ALL the amenities you would expect to find in a village of 300 persons.

GYMNASIUM
Time is hard when you work all day and come back to one of these units. So to assist with this the Naval Architect has built in the meeting rooms like a fully equipped Gymnasium. This allows people to congregate and yet at the same time work to build up their physical and personal health whilst on board.

CINEMA
For those who would rather just chill out there is a fully equipped Cinema where the latest films or training films can be run.

Decking Equipment

When you work in Oil Fields they tend to be situated in the most hostile parts of the Oceans and therefore open to the highest waves and roughest seas. It is therefore essential to ensure that not only is the vessel designed to ride out these waves but that it has enough power to remain where it is supposed to be when hit by those waves. That is why there is no less than EIGHT point mooring system fitted to this vessel.

That is why when the Naval architect designed this vessel he selected a 24m x 24m HELIDECK capable of carrying a helicopter similar to the Sikorsky S-61.
