Wright International Ltd has always admired the Sea Ray Sundancer 500 ever since the day we first laid eyes on one. There is something about this yachts presence that just gives an instant vibe of being a fast, luxury and sea worthy sports cruiser that means business! If you have any doubts about this yachts ability to turn heads, fire up the twin 550hp Detroit Diesels! These engines could wake the dead but with an exhaust note of a mechanical orchestra. The spacious accommodation, large open cockpit, superb helm and with only 500 hours on the clock, this is very much an in demand sports cruiser. Most of these boats are lying in America, we have one available in Florida too, but this particular example is lying in Greece and is VAT Paid. This is a fantastic boat in stunning condition. You could even use it as a liveaboard there is so much space onboard. If I had the time and money, I would buy it myself.

Engines

This sports boat is very much a wolf in sheep’s clothing. If you want to relax onboard, enjoy a quiet and comfortable cruise, then this is the boat for you. However, deep in the heart of this boat is the heart of a Detroit Lion. With speed, power, acceleration, torque and an exhaust note to die for all at your finger tips, you will soon be leaving all your daily worries in your wake.

This 1993 Sea Ray Sundancer 500 has been fully serviced and maintained on a regular basis since new, but benefited from a major overhaul in 2004.

As part of the overhaul, the twin Detroit 6V92TA diesels of 550hp each benefited from new Nibral 4 blade props being installed. These engines only have 500 hours on the clock and are ready and awaiting you to board for a sea trial like no other.

There is also a Westerbeke 9.5kw generator supplying the boat with 220 volts whilst at anchor if required.
