As it is a World Cruiser there has to be a reliable engine and so this one has the ever reliable Volvo D5-ATA rated at 160BHP.

Accomodation

When you are used to listing modern yachts you are used to everything being white plastic and bland interiors. Imagine then having this exquisite, stylish, warm, beautifully finished Italian ROYAL CLASSIC 65 instead. The name Royal is very appropriate as this Yacht is fit for Kings and Queens to sail in.

HULL
No white GRP hull here this is a work of art in itself with its triple layer of mahogany planking, proving to the world that Artisans still exist. The teak decks as well as being attractive offer and excellent non slip surface in the wet and the wood does not burn your feet in the warm sunshine. The hull itself has elegant lines yet at the same time offering the vessel a safe stable platform for Ocean Voyages.

DECK
The most distinctive feature of the deck is the uncluttered safe gunwales and with the back stays being in front of the Helm offers a clear steering position. The handrail is unobtrusive and does not detract from the Designers creativity.

SALOON
When you descend the companionway you are instantly greeted by a boat designed with Italian finesse to bring together the warmth of the mahogany with the outstanding Italian Craftsmanship. Space, light, warm, clean, welcoming are all superlatives that flow when you instantly see the SALOON of this ROYAL CLASSIC 65. When you get closer and inspect the intricate, ornate workmanship you are even more impressed.

The SALOON is basically laid out in two `U` shaped areas with ornate tables to act as the focal point. The strong structural beams have been beautifully used to break the soft white headlining and the rich upholstered seating. The floor has a warm texture to walk on bare foot and is designed to be non slip for added safety.

GALLEY
Again the Designers have created an image that says this is NOT a mass produced boat but one where every artisan took pride in their work. The Mahogany has been integrated with a warm marble finish to produce and easy to clean surface that has not detracted from the overall ambiance generated throughout this yacht.

•FRIDGE – There are two fridges on board. The main “Coolmatic” fridge in the Galley and the one in the owners cabin.

•FREEZER – There is a “Coolmatic” Freezer in the Galley that has been integrated to allow the top to be used as a worktop.

•HOB – a four ring Hob to allow the preparation of a wide variety of foods for the Guests to be treated with respect. The Italians love their food and this Galley allows them to prepare dishes that would be truly Regal.

•OVEN – a large electric oven is situated below the Hob and is again integrated with the rest of the Galley equipment.

•MICROWAVE – no yacht could survive without the use of their Microwave. This one doubles as an additional oven if required.

•HOT WATER – A boiler heats up the water and it is available on tap when required.

•SINK / DRAING BOARD – the stainless steel sink and draining board has been positioned to allow the maximum workspace to go unobstructed.

•STORAGE – there are ample storage facilities built in and again built in with Italian flare and elegance.

OWNERS CABIN
The Owners cabin offers a retreat from the other guests should it be required. Designed to be fully equipped for the discerning owner who wishes to relax in the style of the rest of the boat. The large double bed is positioned to allow the owner to relax and watch TV or listen to his music or read from one of the books on his shelf from the reading lights above his head.

There are two armchairs where the artisans patiently created comfortable seating that was covered with soft Alcantara fabric and rich mahogany carved frames. Designed for longer voyages the wardrobe and drawers are capacious.

HEADS – Elegant, panache, tasteful, chic, all describe the heads in this owners cabin. The Devon & Devon taps and bathroom fitting and the Italian designed sink and shower cubicle combine to make this a very spacious and comfortable personal hygiene centre for the owner.

AMBIANCE – when you consider most owners cabins you think of very small dingy rooms with everything thrown in where it lands. This ROYAL CLASSIC 65 has a more serene approach and the general ambiance is that of space and tranquil surroundings to relax and unwind from entertaining your guests.

GUESTS CABINS
There are TWO Guests Cabins and they are designed and hand finished to allow the owner to have anyone in the world sleep in these cabins. Finished with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship the Guest Cabins have rich, warm inviting atmosphere the second you open the door.

The large double bed is the focal point of the cabin and the capacious wardrobe and drawers allow your guests to have as much as they like to feel comfortable on their stay aboard your yacht.

They too can look after their personal hygiene with a heads compartment very similar to the owners cabin. The neutral colours and the use of Devon & Devon taps and bathroom fittings exude the Italian origin of these cabins.

NAVIGATION STATION
The wide variety of equipment available at this station will ensure this is one yacht that knows exactly where it is and where it is heading. The instruments are ergonomically positioned to have the most used to hand first with the others situated where appropriate. With such a wide range of electrical equipment on board the control panel resembles an aircraft rather than a yacht. The style has not been lost as the chart table has the same high quality finish as the rest of the Saloon.
