Trawler Yachts have always been a favourite of Wright International for being able to offer as much space, comfort and stability with a fuel consumption that is far more realistic than some modern sports yachts.
Unfortunately we are now in a global economic environment where running costs are only going to get worse and with this in mind you really have only 2 choices. Do you give up sailing and take up a new sport or do you find an economical yacht to let you go sailing where you want, when you want without breaking the bank.
I don’t know about you, but I would rather be cruising through the Med with a smile on my face than standing in a golf course trying to work out which bunker my ball has landed in this time!
This trawler yacht has the perfect answer. How would you like the power of twin 120hp Ford Lehman diesels and a cruising speed of 8 knots? The Ford Lehmans are your old school engines. These are engines for mechanics, not technicians.
You can get spares and servicing in almost any marina and when it comes to maintenance even I could fathom these engines out. (This from a person that when using a screw driver says to himself “lefty loosy, righty tighty”)
The tanks onboard hold a total of 1400 litres of fuel and 1400 litres of water, all of which have been replaced in the past 10 years. There is also a 100 litre holding tank onboard which is becoming almost essential now in some marinas to have onboard.
