This modern Barge was manufactured in October 2008 and under the auspices of ABS ( American Bureau of Shipping) which is part of I.A.C.S LTD allowing it to be used in any port in the world. This freedom to use the vessel and with its technical specification it must surely be one of the most desirable Barges available on the open market.
