The city of Dubai is younger than most people reading this advert, yet the country has taken the world by storm by its achievements from its famous buildings and now this same dedication is filtering through to the marine industry. This luxury 55ft flybridge motor yacht may be in competition to the likes of Sunseeker, Princess, Azimut, Sealine, Fairline and more. When you look at the attention to detail onboard, this yacht gives the benchmark some very stiff competition.

Engines

The engines on a luxury flybridge yacht are like the legs of a marathon runner, the lungs of an opera singer or the hands of an artist, without the right pair behind you, you will never reach your full potential.

This yacht has the speed of a Paula Radcliffe, the sound of Pavarotti and the artistic precision of Leonardo Da Vinci all beautifully recreated into a pair of Volvo D12 diesels producing 775hp each. These engines are coupled to ZF 325 gearboxes on flexible mounts with a Volvo EVC electronic control system. The gearboxes are in turn coupled to Temet stainless steel shafts and NiBrAl propellers.

This yacht offers over 1000hp and much like the power of the Bugatti Veyron, the power is delivered in a way that has you feeling confident, in control and hungry for more miles each and every time you are at the helm. This comfort zone comes from the Kobelt power-assisted hydraulic dual steering system with an exclusive rudder design combined with the trim tabs which can be controlled digitally at both the wheelhouse and flybridge helm positions.

To help with close quarter manoeuvring, the manufactures of this yacht have installed a 10hp bow thruster unit which will have your bow in full control regardless of weather conditions.

As you can imagine with a yacht of such high calibre, the electrical demands are higher than most boats in your marina and as such you have several ways of generating this power. You have full electrical power from the shore power connection, engine alternators or from the Kohler 20 kW generator producing 220V, 50 HZ single-phase power.

You also have an SBC 700 Advanced Plus battery charger (24V/60A) onboard allowing you to have full electrical power as and when you require.

Construction

This yachts hull, deck and superstructure is constructed from a GRP construction with closed foam cell core and offers a displacement of 26t. The outer hull layers have a vinyl ester resin construction with the hull, deck & super structure having a high-quality UV-resistant gel coat finish.

The windows onboard this yacht is not your standard glass as to be honest, nothing on this yacht is standard! Instead, the windows onboard are thermally-toughened tinted safety glass with ceramic frit edging. With a length of 16.92m, beam of 4.80m and a draft of 1.00m, this yacht is a very capable offshore luxury motor yacht.

The engines onboard this yacht allows for a cruising speed of 25 knots with a maximum speed of 30 knots. The fuel capacity of 3040 litres and water capacity of 500 litres will soon have you cruising further offshore, exploring the world’s best cruising grounds in comfort and in style.

Accomodation

The lower helm offers a 10.4” display that incorporates a 24nm radar, GPS, chart plotter, echo sounder and all in the one screen for ease of use. There is a repeater station located on the flybridge to give you the same confidence no matter which helm position you operate.

You also have the usual array of VHF Radio’s, Compass, Full Engine Instrumentation and much more.

Safety Equipment

The safety equipment onboard this yacht is as well equipped as you have no doubt imagined by now. Not only does the engine room have automatic fire extinguishers, but the yacht is equipped with smoke, heat and flame detectors.
