Wright International Ltd has for sale a 394 berth floating hotel that offers immense potential. We have over the years had enquiries for floating hotels to be used as hotels, floating casinos, floating hospitals, floating prisons, conference venues, night clubs and more.

There is no denying this floating hotel needs considerable time and money invested in it to make it the proud vessel it once was. However, at this price, it is hard to find any other vessel on the market today with as much character and potential.

In its current configuration, this vessel offers 394 berths in 85 cabins. Whilst the ship is not self propelled, it is equipped with several generators to allow the vessel to be fully self-sufficient allowing the vessel to be used at anchor as well as in a harbour.

Engines

This ship was originally built in Finland in 1975. The ship has a current navigation area limit of 100 miles from refuge in the Black Sea and has the following characteristics:-

The accommodation onboard comprises of so much square footage, that the vessel could easily be configured into a completely new arrangement if required. However, in its current state, the ship offers:-

• 24 single berth cabins
• 24 double berth cabins
• 22 four berth cabins
• 2 cabins for 30 persons
• 2 cabins for 20 persons
• 4 cabins for 25 persons
• 1 cabin for 28 persons
