MAIN ENGINE
Wright International Ltd has several enquiries for QUALITY Hovercraft and realise that the main reason for using hovercrafts is that they are to operate in inaccessible regions of the world. That is why when this manufacturer selected the Main Engine he elected to use a well proven and reliable engine ……………..Caterpillar C9. The C9 has a global presence and therefore obtaining spares is very easy as they can be found in most ports of the world. This 375 BHP engine propels this hovercraft at up to a working speed of 35 Knots from its 6 cylinders 4 stroke cycle diesel engine. It has a 112.2mm Bore x 149mm Stroke and displaces 8.8 Ltrs. Being a Hovercraft the engine powers the fan that propels the vessel and this particular fan is 8 Ft in Diameter.

Construction

To operate any Passenger Vessel the vessel has to be in Class. Depending on where the vessel is to operate the Class has to be suitable to the licensing authority. That is why Wright International Ltd is confirming this vessel is NOT in Class but was manufacturerd to Class standard.

This vessel is designed to be used in tropical conditions and has a very comprehensive air conditioning system. It is also silent running and the combination of quality seating and convivial environment allows the very valued passengers to enjoy the ride and arrive at their destination refreshed.

OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS
Hovercrafts glide over the waves instead of going through them. That is why this superb 30 Passenger Hovercraft can operate in open waters up to Force 6 and still allow the on board passengers a comfortable ride.

RANGE
Normal use is in sheltered waters but if you wish this open water hovercrafts can have long range fuel tanks fitted to allow the operator to work on longer sea passages.

OPTIONS
Every hovercraft is designed to be a reflection on its operator. A wide range of seating allows you to have your corporate image transferred with consummate ease. Fitting of toilets, showers, galley etc call all be accommodated by the manufacturer if required.
